LIABILITY
In the area of damage compensation, on top of the three main areas (healthcare liability, work injuries and road accidents), Iuraconsult operates equally successfully in the field of:
- Other risks liability: Other risks liability covers all damages that are not included in standard car insurance;;
- Posthumous liability: liability for damage caused to third parties by works or assets after they have been built, installed, produced or sold;
- Product liability:manufacturers' liability for damage caused by faulty products, production faults (including concept and design) and marketing (choice of distribution channel, presentation to the public, instruction for use, and so on);
- Occupational liability: liability for professionals (doctors, lawyers, accountants, notaries, engineers and architects, communal administrators and so on) for poorly carrying out their work;
